Hi, I’m Kshitija Salvi, a certified Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Fitness Coach (CAPPA USA) and a trained Pre and Post-Natal Yoga Teacher.
My journey began five years ago when I supported a family member during her pregnancy. As a certified yoga teacher, I guided her through breathing, movement, and mindfulness practices. She went on to have a smooth, natural delivery — and told me, “It was the yoga… it was you.”
That moment lit a spark in me. I realized how many women go through this life-changing phase without proper support. And I knew I wanted to change that.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping women feel strong, calm, and empowered throughout their motherhood journey — before, during, and after birth.

At Birthbloom wellness, we provide holistic support for women from conception to postpartum recovery. Since 2020, I’ve been supporting women through every stage of motherhood with care and expertise. We offer pregnancy fitness/yoga, aerial yoga, sound healing, childbirth preparation, lactation support, postnatal fitness and care, fertility yoga, conception support, and specialized couple sessions for labor and partner support. Each session is designed to empower, support, and nurture you through every stage of motherhood.
